"So I tried not to do this but after numerous attempts to call in and being sent to voicemail and hung up on. Here it is .. This is not a good look for any business, let alone a food giant like this. Answer the phone no matter what. Now on to the food.. You guys have to have one or if not the worst bagel in the food game. Dry and harder than a 90 year old man on viagra. What the hell guys. Then when I order a McGriddle, you give me this trash????? Time to readdress your whole bagel crisis because it sucks. Trash can approved. Just take that trash off the menu and do us a favor. Smh get it together y’all."

"The WORST McDonald's I've ever been too. We've given them I don't know how many chances to do better, but I've NEVER and I mean NEVER had an order that was right. Not ONCE! Food is ALWAYS missing, they are rude when you point it out, and then they won't fix it. Tonight 1 of our burgers was missing and 2 of our apple pies. Our food was also cold, but they told us it was our fault our food was cold because their app was messed up so we should've known that...it wasn't messed up from our end so how would we have known? Get home, foods missing, go back and tell them, they say they can't fix it until their manager comes back and she just went on her 30 min break...wtaf?! From now on we will only go to the other side of towns McDonald's. I'm tired of paying for overpriced food that we never receive and bad customer service. The thing is, most times we don't even go to get our missing food or complain, we just let it go. They are making a killing off of stolen food from customers. No wonder McDonald's is going downhill. They hire terrible employees."

"Updated Dec 2023 Went with a church bus group tonight after caroling. Again, super friendly staff. Fast great service. They handled us well. I'm starting to wonder if this is really McDonald's as the staff is too good. Oct 2023 I've never (at least in the last two decades) went to McDonalds that had such prompt and friendly service. It rivaled what is expected of Chik Fil . Now for the food. It was horrendous. Bun was dry and crusty, burger was thin as paper and also dry. Fries were not fresh. Tell your window staff.theu are great but you need to monitor your stock and coach the kitchen a bit."

"Order my sausage and gravy and sausage biscuit and extra gravy and the didnt put the lid on and it is all over everything...no breakfast for me"

"I mobile ordered fries and a Carmel iced coffee in-store. They informed me they were unable to make an iced coffee, and offered to make me a Carmel frappe instead, at no extra charge. I overheard the woman say to put extra Carmel in there and they definitely did! Was very nice of them to do that. Also the inside was clean from what I saw. Only been once but had a good experience."
