"Last night's dinner at Limewater Bistro was an unforgettable experience. The New England-Style Halibut, a dish of ritz cracker and shrimp stuffing with perfectly cooked asparagus and a divine beurre blanc sauce. It’s been one of my favorite dishes I’ve had this year. It's clear why this place is so highly recommended. What truly set our experience apart, however, was the extraordinary customer service. Every staff member made us feel special and well-cared-for, adding a personal touch to our evening. The ambiance of the bistro complemented our meal perfectly, offering an amazing and intimate setting that was just what my husband and I were looking for in our last dinner out for the year. Adding to the charm is the chef’s creativity, who isn’t afraid to think outside the box. "Finally made my way to Limewater. It very much exceeded my expectations. They do have outdoor seating weather permitting and beautiful scene of the KY river. Love the historic building. Price point is pretty average. With beverages, appetizer and entree came to about $50 per person. Wish we had room for dessert because they all sound amazing. . Ordered rum old fashioned and their famous house old fashioned. We ordered the goat cheese and crackers for appetizers. All the bread and crackers are house made. Entrees was pork schnitzel and steak frites. Will have to make to brunch one day, it sounds delectable.They have private room reservations upstairs. Highly recommend calling to reserve especially during the holiday season will get busier. What an elegant restaurant and still feel like I can come in casual. Well done, Frankfort."

"Go there! Don’t miss this amazing restaurant. This place is a GEM! Fresh, beautifully crafted seasonal dishes were incredibly delectable. The atmosphere of the renovated 1812 home is clean but warm with tasteful artist touches. Our server, Latesha was, for a lack of a better word, PERFECT. Her sweet personality blended with her professionalism made for a delightful experience. The homemade chocolate cake was ridiculously delicious and the wine and spirits selection hit just right with us. We will absolutely be back the next time we’re in town and will ask for Latesha!"
