"This is actually my favorite Starbucks in Louisville. They have a very large area where you can sit and just relax, work on your laptop. They make really good Frapuccino’s which is my favorite drink. I will say I think they have a lot of new workers and when I ordered my Frappuccino with no whip cream, I also added an extra shot of espresso. The barista did not follow the directions that were clearly on the cup so if you do get a customized drink, make sure you check drink for corrections and that is what you ordered. She didn’t even apologize for not following the directions on my cup. My only request was no whip and a shot of espresso."
