"My husband and I were looking for a specific trim/color of the 4Runner. Craig Toyota was one of the few dealerships in the Midwest that had it - at a very attractive price point. My husband communicated with Tim Jones (salesman) and they were able to take care of all the paperwork even before we made the drive from Michigan. The day of - we drove to the dealership to pick up the car. One thing that stood out was the customer service and honesty of the whole team. We had worked with Tim Jones and Tim Williams (finance manager). They went above and beyond to help us navigate the out-of-state purchase. Even after the purchase, they were readily available to help with any questions we had. The only downside is this dealership is 5 hours away, otherwise we would be doing our maintenance and sending all of our friends here. Thank you Craig Toyota!"
