The attendant was standing beside my car on the phone . My 45 minute oil change took around an hour and a half. Didnt reset oil light either. So yesterday i went for an oil change. Lady was very nice got right in and very quick and professional. Guess u gotta give some places a chance"
"I had tried to get my oil changed on 2 previous occasions and they were extremely busy. The nice man at the counter suggested I come when they open at 7 on Saturday or Sunday. So I was there at 7:05 on a Sunday and out by 7:30. The technician was very friendly."
"The very first time I went about 2 months for an oil change they tell me “ we only take appointments “ .. I ALWAYS do my oil changes at Walmart & they’ve never done appointments.. usually it’s first come . The second time I got my oil change the lady was super rude and said it’d be up to a 4hour wait that I could come back. Of course I didn’t because I drove an hour to this Walmart. It took about 2 in a half hours. Automobile is just ridiculous!!"
