"I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING HERE. I placed an order for a chevy s10 seat cover back in February, it's currently 09/14. I will never ever shop here again nor will I recommend this place to anyone I know."
"I've been waiting for a year for my seat covers. I have paid over $ 1000, and get the worst customer service ever. I'm not told why or how long I have to keep waiting. I think the company does not want to admit how bad it is, and to not lose the customers who are waiting for their orders, they choose to lie to them. That is my opinion. Sometime in the future, when my car is sold, or I am 6 feet under, my order may be delivered. I'm not going to be angry, but I'm so disappointed in such a large company. One year later... I gave up waiting for my order after 1 year and 3 months and instead found a set that was in stock. It was delivered quickly and the result was very good. For my next project, I chose to find an upholstery set that was in stock, and I found just the right original design, looked perfect in the picture. Very expensive. But I bought it. Fast delivery. When I get it home, the color and design is a little different from the picture. Well well. Now I have two cars with new interior from PUI, and it actually looks very good. Although nothing turned out exactly as I thought. High quality interior, but make sure your stuff in "in stock""
"Rear seat covers for a Ford Galaxie took months (6) to receive and then they did not fit. They were short 3” in width and 2 “ in depth. They stated they were not interested in making new patterns to fit. The lady I spoke to said maybe it was the color I had ordered. What? Even with getting Mac’s involved it took over 2 months to get my money back. They probably won’t get back to you through email so you need to keep calling them."
"I have ordered three different large items for my classic k5 blazers. Only one of those three items have arrived properly. One set of bucket seat covers were great. Next the back carpet was way off. I had to cut it and fix it myself. I had to call and order piping (which they charged me for) so I could fix their poor quality myself. Only good thing is they left everything Way to long and not short. Next I ordered another set of bucket seat covers. Wholly S... they completely screwed the whole pattern and Stitching up. I’ll try to post a picture but they carried the entire center to the bottom and left the top stitching and piping out all together. Unreal this passed inspection. If you order do not get from them direct as they will not help resolve issue. Go through a well known middle-man shop that will fight for you if the product is wrong."
