"My local Walmart auto care center does a great job. I always present a challenge with some kinda strange request not normally handled at a place like this and they have almost always taken care of the issue. And if they can’t do it, they’re upfront about it -I appreciate that."

"I know Walmart tire/auto centers have a bad rep as it is, but this one takes the cake. Terrible customer service. Have caught them in a lie and they still wouldn't budge despite them clearly being caught in a lie. I also witnessed one white dude that works there with long brown hair and a mustache was just walking around saying "it's not good enough for her, nothing I do is ever good enough" loudly enough for other customers to hear. Completely inappropriate for a work environment. If he has some problems at home with not being respected, he needs to not take those problems out at work. The mixed-race lady he was saying it about looked totally uncomfortable as she was not making any kind of big show at least nothing that I saw. Seeing that guy react that way just made me realize even more how I had picked to wrong walmart tire center to visit as an employee with a bad temper might not want to work on cars that have the potential to cause frustration... sketchy."

"Had my wife put two tires on rear of car. She had a flat and I put donut on to get here there. The other rear tire wasn’t very old and wanted to keep it. When she got home tires on car looked good. But the one I had her keep had a grinder taken to the side wall and was place in the truck with that side down. Tire was less than three months old. Class act!!!!"
