"When I pulled up to the drive-through, I gave the guy with a pony tail my card then the dude shoves his device in my face. I thought he wanted my pin, no it literally just asked for a tip amount. The staff are paid a decent amount, expecting customers to always tip you is ridiculous."

"Please turn down the loud music and play cafe music. It’s hard to chit chat or study, maybe it’s why no one sits down for a moment."

"Very bad experience in Lexington, KY stop for one coffee Latte, ending up with no coffee, charged twice and manager told me to get back on line for refund (only one) and for second charge told me to call customer service with an attitude. With sarcastic attitude wished me have a nice day. The worse Starbucks ever."

"Sunday noon, on my way to NC from IN, I stopped to get food and drink on the drive-thru lane. I’m traveling with a car full of dogs crazy to get out of the vehicle simultaneously. Understandable. But when the food and drink were dispatched, I asked if they could discard an empty cup from another Starbucks store for me, and they said no. So, I tipped them generously because I understand they deserved it, but they could not do a favor in return. Speechless. Thank you, Starbucks!"

"I picked this place accidentally this morning while ordering my coffee. Yuck!! Safe to say I’ll pay better attention next time. Ordered a shaken brown sugar blonde espresso. Supposed to have cinnamon I’m it, it does not and I asked for liquid sugar and that definitely not in there. When I buy a $6+ drink…. I would at least like to have what is supposed to be in there."
