"They have the dirtiest drive through. Trash bags at the back door for days. There is clearly no pride in the cleanliness of their appearance. Update : clearly their corporate doesn’t pay attention to the reviews I don’t say I had a long wait, I said your drive through is filthy, as is the back door area with mats and garbage strewn about. Way to keep KY beautiful STARBUCKS:("

"Purchased a specialty coffee and the bacon/gruyere bites for my daughter. She enjoyed both thoroughly. As usual, the drive-thru service was excellent - efficient and friendly."

"I had the best experience going to the Starbucks in Crestwood, the line in the drive thru was crowded, so l walked inside. The staff there was very friendly and professional. I had lady named Liza, l believe, take my order, she was a ray of sunshine that morning. Everyone there was so nice. I will definitely be back to that store in particular. My coffee was made so well, and l walked out of the store smiling. I, as a customer can't ask for much more than that. Thank you Starbucks!!"
