"We order from here at least twice a month for pizza night for the last several years. For the last 6 months this place has really gone downhill. Crazy bread is consistently bad. Either skinny thin pieces or very little of the garlic Parmesan topping. Pizza not cut in even slices or not cuz at all. Toppings not evenly scattered on the pizza. We use to always get thin crust and they were awesome with a crispy crunchy crust..now they’re never crispy/crunchy…just overall everything is poorly done. I’m going to reach out to corporate to see if something can be done because it’s a real bummer since my kiddos prefer this pizza place over others (for the crazy bread mainly)."
"I HATE leaving bad reviews but tonight this pizza just did not hit the spot. I ordered a stuffed pretzel crust with pizza sauce and crazy bread with crazy sauce. The pizza has SOOO much salt on it that it's impossible to eat. Maybe I assumed wrong but I thought only the pretzel crust would be salted. I was also informed at the window that they were out of crazy sauce. They didn't offer any other substitution or a refund. It was no big deal. But after getting home to that pizza it just sucked. I won't be going back."
"Horrible service here at this location. Paid for 2 large pizza’s and half the pizza is crust! Not the first time this happened. Only 6 inches of the very middle of the pizza was sauce and toppings. The bread sticks looked like they got ran over by a car and they were soggy! Not even the correct thing I ordered. I’ll never go here again and will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE. If I could give 0 stars I would."
"They forgot half of our order and didn’t even cut the pizza. When I called for a refund for the missing items I was told that they could not refund the items they could only write a name down to replace the missing items on our next visit."
"Generally, this location is okay, it use to be great, but quality has gone way down. Employees are either not empowered or don't care when they do a poor job. Tonight, I ordered a pretzel crust pizza, I pointed out the crust was wrong, they insisted it was right and said "sorry", but no one tried to get a manager. I left, now eating the pizza, the crust is not right! They did at least sprinkle some of the salt on the pizza though. Not Happy!"
