"Was very busy but found great prices on clothes we were looking for! Had wonderful customer service even though the checkout line was long but with the prices they had and as busy as the outlet mall was checkout was smooth and I didn't feel like I was in there forever!"

"We endured the A & F in college... now we look for the little ones. Frankly, I compare prices constantly retail to outlet... and more. I did that with this particular store. I didn't find that the prices were enough of a discount to go out of the way for. The service... (None) was terrible. As a former retail manager it does bother me when you need assistance and the staff is busy on phones or chatting with each other. I along with most other shoppers I know, will usually just abandon these nonchalant stores and move on to either online or somewhere else where the customer still matters. Conclusion- Maybe during special events or end if season clearances you can score a great deal here.... otherwise I would frankly just recommend the Gap. . .and old navy!"
