"The stuffs are rude, we went there for black friday sale and I understand that there would be a line, they said that they can only let 15-20 people inside but it’s not even 15 people (customers) inside the store. Then we were waiting outside for a while then 3 persons came out there was a lady came I believe it’s their friend and she’s telling them that she doesn’t want to go in line so as soon as the 3 people came out they let her in and I asked the lady if we could come in too and she acted that she didn’t hear me and shut the door, then we knocked the door and she told us that we are rude by doing it, I was thinking that she’s the one who is rude by letting the other lady in without going in the line and acted didn’t hear me and shut the door. So they let us in and saying “rules is rules” well first of all we didn’t break rules, they’re the who broke it by letting the other lady in without getting in line first, then she’s being disrespectful but acting like she didn’t hear me and shut the door. I hope you check your stuff’s attitude towards your customers, we would not be mad if they did it in the right way."

"This was my first visit to the store. I was greeted by the staff and informed of sales going on. I browsed shoes, jewelry, and the handbags. I found a bracelet and matching earrings. Then a cute purple purse “spoke” to me. I took everything to the counter. The items had a great sale price which made AND they also accepted my husband’s military service for an additional percentage off! When the purchase was concluded I was NOT given the floor items. ALL items were replaced with wrapped, untouched pieces. A warranty for 1 year is available for my purse for any stitching or damage issues. I will be back. I even got some perfume samples.
