"I typically have had good experiences with this company. They replaced the igniter on my dryer about a year ago. My dryer wasn’t drying my clothes properly so I called them because I trusted their work. They told me nothing was wrong with my dryer, needed a new hose. I was charged the $80 anyway. No problem. Got a new vent hose kit that day and put it on. MY DRYER STILL IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. I am having to run a load 5-6 times to get dry. I called them back and told the situation. They said they would have to charge me another $80 service fee. I’m fine with paying for parts and labor to fix the issue but asking me to pay another $80 when I just paid you that 2days ago and you said my dryer was working fine? This is not good business. I definitely do NOT recommend this company."
