"Love this location. The manager, Eric, always makes sure to acknowledge customers and to help you out. Most of the employees in here will go out of their way to help you find something or answer questions. My only problem is I go in to get one or two things and come out with way more lol."

"Went to ask the lady in appliance’s on average how many days out were they on shipping and her response was I already told you. I asked her if she was having a bad day as I was so surprised by her reaction. Then she replied with no you just ask too many questions. I then go to customer service and surprise, there are other customers unhappy with this location. Avoid this place. Lowe’s lost my business."

"I’ve been to Lowe’s 4 or 5 times the last two weeks with two of my little children. We have several projects going on. I’m so thankful for the kindness and help shown each time. We love going to Lowe’s!! From the greeter to the paint counter, the returns counter, the check out area, and the employees helping in the isles-They are kind, know what they are talking about, respectful and considerate."

"As a contractor, There's no one in person to check out with. And you have self check out with cameras in your face making you feel like a criminal being watched just for purchasing anything. Like Walmart, I'll take my business elsewhere to smaller hardware stores like ace hardware or tractor supply. And as for construction material suppliers there's 84 lumber and other places. But 100% never coming back. Remove those cameras and stop making your customers feel like criminals. Period."

"The women that works in appliances was the rudest associate that I’ve ever met! She was upset that another Lowes sent us to their store because inventory showed they had 3 in stock. I guess she didn’t want to work. Idk what her problem was. No reason for her rudeness!"
