Little Caesars Pizza

"Management will give you old hot and ready food. And when you catch them they don’t even apologize. Be careful!!! I came in and ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza with extra sauce and wings. I asked if they make them fresh, they male cashier in a bucket hat didn’t really answered just looked at the hot box at the 3 orders that were hot and ready. So requested that my wings be made fresh. I watched him cut my pizza and when the wings came out he took them to a different table , opened the hot box and emptied an old container of wings with 2 fresh wings and attempted to serve it to me. A girl had approached the counter at this point asking if I was waiting on “ Brandi” I said yea and told her they can keep the wings because that boy just gave me old chicken. I then asked why they don’t make the wings fresh . She responded “ it’s not that”. So I asked why did he put old chicken in there, she had no response just asked me if I wanted the chicken. So I asked for a managers name. She advised that she was a manager along with the boy that gave me old food."

"5 hours to get 1 pizza. I order online pick up. Want to the store and it was not ready. I left and come back 4 time before the had the pizza. I did not eat it. The kids working the store are nice but did not move fast at all. You can tell all the @#$% to give here gone. The store onwer sorry you have no mannager or an Adult to work the store."

"I ordered two thin crust pizzas and some crazy bread from this location. After picking them up and bringing them home, I was greeted with an undercooked monstrosity. Both pizzas were doughy and stuck to the pizza box. It was inedible to say the least. I thought the crazy bread would be the saving grace of the meal. I was mistaken. The crazy bread was cooked, kinda? It was not crispy and or hot. The bread sticks were soft to the touch. Stay away from this location if you can. Don’t make the same mistake by wasting your money here. I’m not sure what the cause of this was. Maybe a staffing issue? When I arrived there were only two people working. Maybe if pay your people more you’ll have more employees who won’t feel the need to rush. Crazy concept I know right."

"This specific location of Lil Caesars has been rather disappointing the last several times I've ordered. Whenever Lil Caesars sells the pretzel crust pizza, I order from them quite frequently, until the promotion ends. The last few times I've ordered it from this store specifically, its been so awful. Today is a good example. Just brought the pizza home and the ends of each slice looks as though it has no cheese or pepperoni. I've just eaten a slice and the pretzel crust doesn't taste like pretzel crust, it tastes like an extra buttery stuffed regular crust, with some salt sprinkled on it. Clearly, I should stick to the location in JTown on Taylorsville Rd, they do a much better job!"

"I'm pretty grossed out these guys aren't wearing gloves.. they are touching their phones, wiping their faces, pulling up their pants and handling the food with no gloves. Even grosser is handling the food, preparing dough and dropping all the hair around while they do it. This has got to be health violation,? Yuck. I asked the manager and she said they aren't required to wear gloves. I won't ever eat there again because clearly they have no sanitary standards."
