"I love catos but the customer service I received yesterday was terrible. the girl had such an attitude. She Didn't want to wait on me,Was sitting in a chair looking at her phone. And then when she did help me she acted like I was putting her out To do her job.I tried to get a hold of the district manager but did not get a call back. She is a detriment to the company and if I ever walk in and she's there again, I'll leave. She just has a terrible work ethic. She had orange hair, so don't bother to get help if she is there, she will make you feel like you are trash."

"I actually love Cato's clothing. My issue is with this particular store. The fact that the associates would rather lose a $50 purchase from a repeat customer over a $6 error that another associate made, was very disappointing. This store should appreciate their customers more, especially one whose been shopping at Cato's on a regular basis for close to a decade. If an associate marks something incorrectly, coach that associate and honor the price. I didn't purchase anything that I had brought up to be checked out, simply based on how unapologetic and insensitive the store associate was about the incorrect mark down. I could've easily paid the additional $6, but the associate could have just as easily honored the price and made me feel appreciated that my dollars contribute to her paycheck. Also, there was a lot of chatter going on and I had to wait for conversations to end to get a fitting room by an associate that smelled like she'd just smoked 10 cigarettes. I'll continue shopping at Cato's, but not this one and I will tell my friends that shop there about my experience. Thanks."
