"Would give zero stars if possible. The employees usually have an attitude. They are out of chicken by 4 o'clock. Then in a rush to get you out they short your family meal. I ordered a 16 pc and ended up with 12 yet was charged for 16. The chicken was fresh, yet it was barely done. Pathetic."

"Friendly smiling faces. We eat her often. We have noticed that in the last few months the service cleanliness of this location has gotten way better. They food has also. It is fresh hot and tatse good. Which over the last year it has not been until recently but we love kfc so we eat here regularly. They were busy but seen us and greeted us and said they'd be right with us. A young man took our order he was helpful on suggesting items. there was a wait but they were busy and not many people working we only seen 4 people. Female manager apologized for the wait thanked us for Being patient and understanding. She was training new ones. She checked on us while eating. We talk to a few. She explained the restaurant has new employees and herself and the gm are new and that they are doing what they can to change this location reputation. I am not sure what other people think. But we have noticed the changes before this night over the last few months. And now we know why. The new management and employees are making a difference for the better. Will recommend everyone to try them out again."

"First, I want to say they had a sign that said they were short staffed (which is usually a sign of poor management), so I tried to take it easy on them. DRIVE THRU I waited at least 10 minutes, listening to a speaker box that was making an awful clicking noise, before I was greeted by an employee. Once given the okay by the employee, placing my order was quick and easy. I pulled up to the window, paid, was given drinks, and asked to pull next to the cardboard dumpster and wait for my order, the wings on my order required extra cooking time. After 13 minutes of waiting I called the store just to be sure they remembered we were out here. They said they just pulled the wings up and would be out in a minute. They brought out the bags and quickly walked away. All of our items were there but no utensils were included and we purchased 9 sides. It took calling for 7 minutes, multiple times before anyone would answer (the dining room was closed). They finally answered, brought them out, apologized and gave us cookies. Once we finally started eating we realized the two ordered of chicken tenders we ordered were over cooked and saturated in oil. We were in Kentucky from Ohio and got what ever reason expected them to have like the best of the best chicken and we were highly disappointed and let down."
