"The young lady on the register was hopefully just starting or having a bad day. She didn't put my order in correctly, charging me more than double what I ordered, we had to fix that; she provided wrong items; we had to fix that; I paid in cash, she couldn't count change, and she gave me 4+ times more change than I had coming back, we had to fix that. She wasn't impolite, but she was certainly inept."

"I don't know how the breakfast is at TacoBell because they open at 8am. If they looked at their geographical surroundings they would know over 13,000 workers in less than a mile work 8 to 4 and 8 to 5. Missing a huge breakfast crowd. Guess I ll have to try to catch it on a weekend"

"I just wanted to share a wonderful experience I had at Taco Bell in LaGrange. The Manager’s name was Eric that helped us. One of their benches had a nail coming up and it snagged and tore a huge hole in my leggings. We got Eric to come out and fix the nail and he offered to replace my pants. He was so kind and I felt like such a hassle and he was quick to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. The space was so clean, the cashier was so helpful, and the food looked and tasted wonderful. We’re so quick to complain. I just wanted to lift them up and share my great experience."

"The night crew got my order correctly but when I got home and starting eating nacho bell grande. I dipped another chip in and pulled out a long black hair that was mixed in my grande. I stopped eating it after that. I did try to call twice to the store and after it rang a little bit I got a busy tone. Since I couldn’t get ahold of anybody up there my last resort is leaving a review so they can fix this problem by having they’re cooks wear hair nets and making sure they’re hair is pulled back all the way while handling food."

"Terrible! I go inside at 1:30 pm on a Saturday and the place was filthy. Majority of tables pushed off to the side, mop bucket sitting in the middle of the floor, the large mat was folded laying in the middle of where you walk, all while employees were talking loudly using insults as well as the F word in the back. Completely unprofessional. Everyone here should be fired. The absolute worst fast food experience ever. I posted pictures and a short video of this. Stay away at all costs."
