"Went inside h and m looking out for some swim suits, then got told that they’re closing in 2 minutes due to a tornado watch. We were told to hurry, so I proceeded to check out, the lines were cleared, but the cashiers were talking with each other for at least a minute straight, fine with that, after I checked out and left the store, I realized that the blond hair with brown root male cashier didn’t take out my security tag on the swim suit that I have to use the next day, went back saw the same cashier leaving the store, I ran and called him several times to just take it off, yet he had the worst attitude and pretended like he didn’t hear me and kept walking. I would never purchase from the store again seeing that cashier."

"The store itself was nice. The women's/juniors section seemed to be lacking a lot of options. Our cashier was extremely friendly, he definitely was a highlight."

"I just went into the store for the first time with my daughter. There was no clear line but I was standing waiting for the cashier to finish with infront of me. Clearly standing there.(took him about ten mins, no problem). I am Hispanic and not trying to pull the race card but this gentleman rudely says “ma’am the line starts in the middle” keep in mind I’ve been waiting for over ten mins. So I go in the middle and he proceeds to take the lady behind me. WOW even she said “oh no, she was here waiting I seen her” I am a marketing professional and I’ve never experienced such awful customer service. I put my items down and I walked out in tears. The cashier with dark brown hair and awful attitude is who this review is about. I am livid and was highly embarrassed. I will never shop there again."

"Ashan was nice. Helped me use a 5 dollar rewards i didnt even know i had! But forgot to take off my security tag which required me to drive 30 more mins round trip and when i got there he remembered me and even had to ask for me receipt! Didnt ask for my gas receipt or time receipt for his mistake…"
