"When will I learn! Ordering went fine, but when I got home with a toddler in tow, my order was completely wrong. I asked for a single burger, no cheese or ketchup, but what I got was a burger with only cheese & ketchup. Nothing but a ruined lunch. When I tried to call & speak to someone, I got a message saying no one was available. Service in the US has deteriorated so badly☹️☹️"
"I am not sure how the food is... After sitting in drive through for some time (longer than I would expect for the line), I was told they only have lids for small cups. If the inventory is not managed properly to be able to offer normal items on menu, please provide signage/ notification so that the limited time of someone's lunch break waiting in line to have to leave with nothing and no longer have time to get lunch elsewhere."
"Won't open lobby if they have less than 4 people in the store. Can't get staff to work front counter without having an attitude. Order a large cheese fry and get a small size of cheese fry. Food is cold and not as fresh as they say. Today, December 15, the lobby is locked with a big yard sign saying we are open. So they just want people to use drive thru, which was backed up. The person taking the order keep putting people on hold."
"I wish that managers would read these reviews and would make changes. I placed my order through the drive thru. When the sliding window opens the drive thru employee tells me my total, takes my card and closes the window. I can see her shadow moving in all directions and then after a long while I get my food and my card back. As a safety precaution for the customer, the card should be processed and immediately returned back to the customer. She did not include the receipt so this review shall have to suffice in case my card is misused. Please be careful and keep an eye on your card!"
"Nothing ever changes at this location. The lack of employees make the service slow. For the time you wait you would at least expect the food to be hot. Hamburger buns were dry and hard. Like they had been just sitting out for days. Just can't believe how bad this Wendy has become."
