"omg taco bell is amazing i had a bug in my food and it was actually really good and it was really good protein for my newborn cousin. Also i loved when the staff cussed me out and started harassing my cousin because he was sneezing. Also to add on the manager came out and was so kind he gave me a big hug (except they/them smelled so bad) but overall i think you should definitely come to taco bell."
"This location is very good!! Much better than a few of the Louisville locations that I frequent often. The food is good and fresh. Not greasy like other locations. The staff is always friendly and the place is clean. A+"
"My daughter recently received birthday money and was excited to spend it by herself. She asked for taco bell. Since it was cold we hit the drive thru. She asked what was on the menu so I read things off. The staff at first was friendly. I explained the situation. To which the staff replied okay order when your ready. I read off 2 items when the staff came back rudely asking, "do you want anything"? I explained again I was reading the menu off to my daughter since she wanted to spend her birthday money. She just turned 11. Upon ordering and driving to the drive thru the attendant was rude, and hateful. She snatched the cash from my hand. After receiving our order I noticed my daughter did not receive the drink she ordered. I asked about it to which I was told I never ordered it. My daughter ordered a meal which comes with a drink!! Turns out the drink was substituted for a drink I ordered separate from my daughters meal. Instead of trying to fix the order I was told I would have to pay separately. An additional 2.99. I took my daughter to McDonald's and bought her a drink from there. I called to speak to the manager only to be met with rude, careless service. I explained the situation he asked what he wanted me to do about it. I told him I wanted to report the rude behavior and asked maybe speak with the staff. Due to the managers careless attitude I would be reporting them. I get we are going through tough times, but that whole situation was unnecessary. Treat people with respect. Especially the kids. Needless to say. I won't be back."
"Pitiful service at best. I'd give them 0 stars if possible. Got there at 908pm. Ordered my food at the kiosk. There was only 1 car in the drive thru when I came in. My order consisted of a burrito and quesadilla. I waited 25 minutes. Their were 5 people there. Of which, only one actually seemed to be working. One was walking around aimlessly. Then the other 3 were "making the food" which consisted of throwing food at each other and smiling and laughing, yelling to one another "f you!", "I'm tired. I'm not doing this." And also "I'll make the food when I make it! So there!". If my medicine hadn't caused my sugar to drop where I needed to eat, I would've def asked for a refund. And then 10 minutes into my journey, a door dash girl came in for the order. She was still waiting when I left. And when I left, the girl walking around aimlessly gave me 3 coupons for free tacos. Yippee. If I wanna wait half an hour for a taxi, I'll use them. Like seriously!"
"Not thrilled with this place. The food was mediocre for Taco Bell. The customer service was bland as well. The girl at the drive thru window didn’t even acknowledge our existence until she was ready to give us food/drinks. If you expect people to spend their hard earned money at your business, you should at least treat them with better service by being prompt and friendly. Basic customer service 101."
