"One of the managers didn't even get a name, but his description is a bit tall bald headed with a good full beard. He had the worst attitude ever. Very sarcastic very rude. I was warned about him before entering the store and yup they were right. The way he spoke to the person attending to my issue was uncalled for and more of a bully response.. the vibe in the store was more of a I dont care what you need or want. Apparently this individual is know for his arrogant ways."
