"I understand the type of store this is, and that the demographic of certain customers may not always be the best. I understand that people are not always polite to cashiers, but PLEASE understand that not every customer needs to be rushed, yelled at, and met with attitude once at the register. I am in the service industry and coming from someone who knows what it’s like, you shouldn’t have people working the register if 1. Don’t enjoy and aren’t trained on customer service and if 2. Seem to not enjoy the job and overall location based off comments heard while in line. I didn’t get the girls names but it was whoever was working the evening march 5th on the register, both ladies, one Hispanic and one black, both had horrible attitudes. Yelling “next customer “before even giving me my change is not good customer service. Maybe they got frazzled because the line had reached over 4 people. When the lady’s behind me were looking at some jewelry by the register, the Hispanic cashier then yelled “if y’all are not ready we can take whoever is behind you” and this wasn’t said politely. The two girls were also talking and making sarcastic remarks about the lady that had just cashed out in front of me, once she had left of course. They were so comfortable talking about a customer IN FRONT other customers. I can’t imagine what must be said about me once I leave. Besides this there is actually a lot of good finds in the store and I had a pleasant shopping experience before I had come to the register. Those girls need better training or maybe just to be sent to the back to stock, anything but customer service. Find people nicer, and with more patience to work the registers."

"First time going to dd's. Went today on July 13, 2023 at 10:40am. Was properly greeted when I entered. However, when I stopped at an aisle to look at merchandise; a pregnant employee went to the aisle where I was and just stayed there watching me. Felt disrespected and left. Will not come here again."

"Same layout and concept as any other DD'd store. It's brand new so it has a bit more inventory but it goes quickly! Since it's new a lot of people are going and buying a lot. You'll see some empty shelves for that reason. Friendly staff."
