"I LOVED the fact that the staff acknowledged us as soon as my son and I walked in. We have been to 3 previous shoe stores in the mall and NOT one person who worked there spoke to us when we walked in or asked if they could assist us with anything. They stood amongst themselves and talked which I found quite rude. Footlocker staff were attentive and assisted my son with whatever he needed AND even asked me if I needed help with something even though I wasn't buying anything and was there for moral support. Please keep up the good work because believe it or not it pays off. Not only did my son walk out with one pair of tennis he walked out with two pairs and he was happy with the services as well as the products."

"I want to thank Sam for helping me with a return of shoes I bought last night. My son tried them on at the store then at home to show friends. He gave them to me in the morning to return where they sat in my car all day. However, when I went to return them they showed "wear". I wanted a refund, not an exchange which is the store policy. I was rude to Sam. She pointed out my behavior which I apologized for. She emailed someone and was able to get me the refund. I also commend her for standing up for herself! Thank you Sam."
