"During this new school year I bought uniforms including a school jacket, with a hood which they said was included in the uniform. Apparently the school had phased it out unknowingly to me. I was told later I could do exchanges but no refunds. There was no sign that exchanges were not allowed for that hooded jacket. The jacket is $45.36 and the new cost less than $30. They reused to do the exchange, The store clerk said they will be at a loss after deceiving me to buy it. How can any business refuse to do an exchange with a receipt? When the receipt did not say no exchanges were is it allowed in this present cash crunch? I went severally and finally spoke with the store owner who said to me that all she can do is give me 20% to buy the current school jacket. Money is hard, parents are going through a lot and now I have lost $45:36 after spending about $300 for all the uniforms. This store is horrible, cheats and I wish I can get these from another reputable store. Holtom city Accademic Outfitters shame on you!!! You should be reported to the Better Business Bureau for fraudulent trade practices! Sandra"
"I was treated very rudely by the manager in charge in Saturday. She does not have any customer service skill and denied me a service to have my name out in the ILT Staff jacket o ordered. I hope our Charter finds a better business that can fill the needs of our students. If this lady treated an adult employees this way, how does she treat our families? This was Worst customer service experience for me in years. I sent this to the owner: Re: Employee Jacket Yes my complaint is that she was rude, hateful, unprofessional and very bad mannerism. 1. It started with they told me they can not help me if I don't have my receipt or order number. I never got an email with an order number. I told her look in the book I ordered there in the store. She said no I can not help you: I asked her to look under my phone number she kept ignoring me she went to the back room. She came out and I asked her for her name and she said no I don't have to give you. When she asked me to sign I said no, give me your name and she walked away again. She was looking away from me but I stood right in front of her and I tried to show her my phone and she ignored me again. She got so angry and ignorant and I asked her for the manager. She said he not here I asked for the other lady that takes our orders to school and this woman continues to ignore me. On my phone I had the text message and the transaction from my bank. She finally looked on computer for my phone number only printed one receipt and she did not want to let me see it. I asked again let me see receipt and it was the receipt of my daughters transaction where I spent $142. That day the girl told me to pay separately so I did but I had the proof on my phone. I told her how can such a big business be so disorganized.y'all make so much money from ILT and you should be having great customer service encounters with all of us. The order was placed on August the 1st, and she found it somehow and just threw the bag on the counter! I am not a dog! I am a paying customer. I request you get rid of this lady because she probably treats everyone this way. Including the workers and customers. I did nothing to hurt her I spoke the truth! She did not have the skills or professionalism to be running your store! She had a sour face, no smile no greeting and I have seen this in your store! They just rudely interrupt your workers as if they are stupid and do not have any common sense to help us. They are nice and maybe not working 100 miles an hour like this rude lady!!!! But they are polite and have great customer service mannerism! I really wish ILT would find another company to provide their uniforms but It is only a wish at the moment. I am writing to our owner to see if they can consider something else because we all deserve to be treated with respect! We feed you and your family and if y'all continue to allow this type of treatment, you will start to loose business! 2. She didn't want to have my jacket embroidered with my name she said that she don't have to do that I can go anywhere. When I ordered it, the girl told me I had to try it on first. So I did. I requested to have my name put on my jacket and she denied me that service and just walked away. Respectfully, Dianna Avalos ***************************************FYI… YOU CAN BUY THE PANTS AND POLOS ANYWHERE. International Leadership of Texas (ILT) has patches at the front office. Don’t give your hard earned money for bad customer service. Owner: do not blame the workers! It is the management that is awful!!!!! They need a professional training class on customer service! Put your money into your workers. 3 years and I never see the same people working there, only the rude managers!"
"Customer service is severely lacking from all the employees I spoke with. Went for a scheduled fitting event and received no help, the sizing we tried on did not match their online sizing. Went for an appointment fitting, received the wrong information for what was needed each day and the wrong colored items. Then, once we realized the error of the provided uniform information for our school I had to go back again to get the items I needed. The owner said to go back and my items would be ready. When I arrived, I was met with attitude and informed that I was “cutting” in front of the others that were there for fittings. Very unprofessional and displeased with the service. No one accepted accountability for any of the errors and informed me that I should look online instead of using their provided information. FYI, my other child’s uniforms were from Kid to Kid and that was a very pleasant experience. Maybe the schools can change providers."
"Order was delivered wrong. When I called up (for the 2nd time) the young lady I spoke with told me, due to how busy they are it would be faster to bring it in and switch out the incorrect items for the correct ones, instead of waiting for them to ship the correct order. The whole reason I ordered it to be delivered was due to distance and finding time to get out there.... but to get it taken care of I drove 45 mins to get there. When I got there they were busy, no parking inside the gated area. Had to park across the street (not bad distance-wise). When I got up to the table outside to check in the guy was nice and took me right in to speak with the "manager". I didn't ask to speak with her, but because it was an issue she needed to verify it he said. Ok Cool I understand, this should be an in-and-out thing, I have my order from my email pulled up so this should be quick and easy... Nope. The manager came over asked what was wrong, looked up my order number, and said it wasn't my order number. She checked again 2xs. I had the order already pulled up on my phone and tried to tell her 3xs so that she could assist faster and take care of the many people behind me. She wasn't rude at all when speaking with me, just could have gone faster if she listened the first time.. but when she finally did she saw that I only needed to switch out 1 item (pants for shorts) and get one of the missing shirts I ordered. That's it.., Overall it wasn't that bad, just could have gone faster if she would have listened and looked at the order in the first place. I was just trying to make her job easier. And just an inconvenience to drive out there when if packaged and shipped correctly, I wouldn't have had to."
"If I could put ZERO stars I would The lady was so rude it was first time going our school referred us and we were following the directions and went we did not look at if it was closed or not However when we get there my son goes ahead and opens door which is unlocked the lady pulled the door from him and closed it and said we were closed super rude not professional closed door and locked it in our face. Super disappointed will never go there again !! First time going and worst experience there are ways to say and do things. She went about it the wrong way I am replying to your response The child was not unattended was right being him and I parked right in front of the building which it right in front of the door However it is fine , I took my business else where Dorothys Scrubs was of better help .
