"Most fantastic customer experience I have ever had. Despite my appearance on a very busy Saturday afternoon I’ve never felt more cared for by the staff at this store. I had a visit with the another location in San Antonio previously that week and walked out very frustrated with my experience. This location completely turned around my LEGO experience. I’m not usually a name person, but I would not forget Micah, Jeremiah, and my door greeter who I forgot to ask her name (February 10, 2024 if anyone with the ability to enable that salesmanship is reading). The walk in was welcoming, I was approached by two sales associates inside and although I didn’t have anything for the first, Jeremiah helped me decide between the Bonsai tree and succulent set as a Valentine’s Day option. He managed to get my frustration with the other store out and went above and beyond to help me feel appreciated and apologized for the bad experience. He even went and talked to his manager on my behalf. Would absolutely recommend this location and I WILL be back."
