"Update to prior bad experience. I sent a coworker to get a sandwich and forgot to earn her about this location. MyClub sandwhich is missing roast beef and has more mustard than toppings. They will not answer their phone or take coupons. Negative stars. The only positive is that they are consistent in how bad they suck!! Ordered the monster steak and cheese. Was charged for bacon but didn't receive it, and there was little to no meat on the sandwich. Dry bread with excessive mayo. I tried to call, but there was no answer on 3 attempts. Fairbanks' location is worth the drive for a better quality sandwich!!"

"Ordered through app online, picked up our order on time, got home all excited just to find both our subs with soupy bottoms we could barely pick it up to enjoy. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. Truly disappointing. Definitely will be going to another location."

"I entered the store I asked them if I could use the restroom, with the promise to buy sandwiches right after getting off the restroom well the girl made me pay first before using the restroom I was willing to pay and she told me I had the right to use the restroom after sandwiches were made . I decided to leave the store along with my family to somewhere else where they treat you like a human being. Service is the worst I have ever experienced,. If you are a customer that has to use the restroom don't forget to pay first ja ja unbelievable."
