"I ordered double turkey, and they gave me no turkey? Glad I spent the money to have it wrong. Wouldn’t be that big of a deal but it wasn’t the first time this has happened. I get it was later but man it cost zero dollars to pay more attention. I’ll keep coming and I’ll make sure to update if I have any more issues."
"The food was okay. Really what lost me was the fact that they don’t have ranch dressing as an available condiment and they only have provolone cheese. For some reason too the lady taking my order seemed annoyed that I didn’t know they wouldn’t have those things even though jimmy John’s is the only restaurant I’ve ever heard of that doesn’t have ranch. They technically have spicy ranch but it’s a side cup and it costs extra. Just not my kind of place."
"This is the only Jimmy John’s I’ve had that was bad. Bread was stale and meat and cheese were bad. It tasted off and so I didn’t finish it, but it made me sick. My friend that lives in Lubbock said he had a similar experience at this Jimmy John’s location. I do not recommend this Jimmy John’s for food safety concerns."
"I have been going to this location for years. But, after the way I was treated today, I will not be back! The manager was extremely rude! I had been waiting at the drive up window for over ten minutes when a bag was set by the window. I assumed it was my order so I waited patiently for another 4-5 minutes. No one came to the window. I decided to honk my horn to get someone’s attention. That’s when the manger said “I’ll handle this!” I could read her lips. She came to the window and asked if she could help me. I said is that my order by the window. That’s when she went off on me saying “NO! I AM WORKING ON YOURS AND NOW ITS GONNA TAKE LONGER CAUSE I HAVE TO CHANGE MY GLOVES!” Then she slammed the window shut and walked off. As I sat there watching her through the window, I could tell she was telling all her employees what a jerk I was! Well, as you can imagine, I was extremely surprised and didn’t know what to say. It took another 5-10 minutes to finally get my order. I think over 20 minutes in the drive through is a little long. What happened to “Freaky Fast?” I will not be back!"
"I am a college student and don’t have much money to be spending on food. So when I do, I hope I have a good experience. Unfortunately, I visited Jimmy Johns today and didn’t have that experience. First off, the greeting was really bad when I was entering with my bf, it had just hit 10:02 am and looked like the workers didn’t want to be there. When I was paying for the food ($22) the guy at the register had no good customer service what so ever, we had added an extra drink and asked him if he could remove it ( we said it was our bad), he didn’t even respond back and kept quiet with an attitudes as we paid… it was our first time ever getting Jimmy Johns and our last.. we didn’t know where to get our sandwhich or if it was going to take time, so we waited 10 min before a female said “your sandwhich has just been sitting there on the pickup side” with an attitude. Also, they never told us it was ready before the lady told us that. Besides the terrible customer service I don’t understand why the health department hasn’t corrected the personal cleanliness. No one was wearing hair nets nor beard nets. My boyfriend and I had to leave we didn’t know why we received that service, and for moment felt racially discriminated because we are Hispanic. Please please provide appropriate training for these employees for great experience and a review on the health department requirements. Thank you."
