Target 5621 North Interstate Highway 35, Austin, TX 78723

"So I just moved here to Texas a couple of months ago and have shopped this target a few times without incident until the other day. It was pouring rain and got soaked from the car to the store. I looked like a drown rat but I had a few things to get.. right away I noticed a security guard like on me. I don't let it bother me whatever he can follow me around shopping IDC...I get my groceries and then head over to women's clothes and grab 3 shirts and a pair of jeans to try on really quick because I need clothes so bad! (New grandson in the house so haven't had much Free time) so anyway I go in the stall and an employee starts beating on dressing room door and demands that I hand over my purse while I try on my clothes!!!????? This has never happened before and I felt so completely embarrassed and was in shock that I just ran out...I left groceries there by the fitting room and everything...I don't know if I got targeted because of the way I looked from the rain or if this is standard practice 5o humiliate and harrass their customers?? Well they lost a good customer and I have urged my entire family to shop elsewhere. As I'm reading reviews I see that this is common practice"

"One of the worst target you can come Too, specially drive up I get it Xmas is super busy. I had been waiting for almost an hour for my drive up order as I parked in a spot and put my hazards on as the app says to do. I asked the individual that was doing the order on 12/23 around 6:30pm that since I am not park at a designated area am I just suppose to wait for a spot to open up and he said yes and I asked him so the 45 min that i have just sat here waiting I waisted and he straight out said well yeah or you can go inside and get it. WHILE HE TURNED AROUND AND STARTED GOSSIPING WITH ANOTHER WORKER in regards of me sitting here for this long. Do you know how unprofessional that is. DRIVE UP IS SUPPOSE TO BE EASIER FOR A PERSON"

"This review if for Target Drive-Up. I waited nearly an hour for my drive-up order and then I left without receiving it. I said I was on my way in the app before I got there and even so, another car pulled up and got their order before me. This happened twice. The point of drive-up is to be quick and easy so I don’t have to go in the store. I’ll never do drive-up again at this location."

"I absolutely LOVE Target. But I had my first awful experience here. So bad that I left my cart in checkout lane, walked out and went to Walmart. And I absolutely abhor Walmart. But what’s funny is, Walmart had what I actually needed and for cheaper. And overall better experience. I will not be returning to Target for a while. And if I do, it will not be to this location with their lacking, unprofessional team."

"came with my sister to buy her something she needed we’re scanning the item the team member with the choco flan hair & the pink shirt proceeded to tell us to scan the item and pay for it. When clearly the item is scanned and money in our hand. She literally accused us of stealing. But meanwhile the previous girls that paid on that the same self checkout walked out with some glasses on there head. While i’m talking to the manager both those girls in the picture are laughing. i find those girls incompetent to work there"
