"Came in today to make a Valentine’s Day gift for my partner and had a great time! The gentleman who stuffed my bear did a wonderful job showing and explaining all the options to me. The folks at the register and on the floor helped me find the clothes I liked. I appreciated that I was in and out of there quickly but I didn’t feel rushed. Keep up the good work :)"

"The woman with glasses and light brown hair was rude to me when I went in store to grab my online order. I checked the inside of the box before I left and noticed they forgot to put the birth certificate in there. I told the woman that the birth certificate is missing and she rudely said “well you didn’t make one” and I said “yes I did, on the build a bear website before I purchased the bear” and she made a look on her face like she didn’t even want to make the birth certificate and she rudely said “well it’s going to take me like 20 minutes to print it out” and I said “that’s fine”. Instead of going to print it out, she was doing other things around the store. I felt as if she was doing this on purpose. This woman had me waiting for about 15 minutes all because whoever failed to put the birth certificate in the box. This was a special early birthday gift for my mother and I hosted a dinner for her where she opened the gift up and that’s when I noticed they spelled my name wrong on the birth certificate and put the wrong date on there. It’s like the woman didn’t even check how my name was spelled on my order. I spent over $50 on that bear and I felt like the birth certificate was an important factor with the bear. They completely ruined that up. The build a bear at Lakeline mall is so much better, I should’ve went there instead. Update: I contacted the manager to discuss what happened. He apologized for the experience and offered to mail me a new birth certificate with the correct information. Now I’m waiting to receive the new birth certificate."

"Would give zero stars but it’s not a option.. took my one year old son to get a bear and while it was getting stuffed the young lady word for word said to me “do all black babies mean mug” I will NEVER support this business again. This happened on 9/16/2023"

"Build a bear is a experience we always love, the kids get to choose and build their bear which is always fun for them, kinda pricey but the employees make it a great, Awsome experience for the kids!!"

"Celebrating 7 years of my daughters life today! Had a wonderful experience at this build a bear. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they really do go out of their way to bring joy to the kids day. Here's a peak at Princess Hazelnut!
