"I am a regular DXL customer but feel sorry to see that the service of this location has really deteriorated. Anything we ask, there was a blunt answer that we don't do this anymore. I bought a suit & I remember that they used to offer ironing & putting into proper bags if you buy a trouser or Jacket but now there is a blunt answer. We are out of suit bags & we don't do ironing anymore. Also, they had limited selections & anything you like is not available. Not a good experience."
