"The staff when I first went to Carter’s was incredibly friendly and attentive. I signed up for an account-took the time to give all of my information as asked. I placed an order and was told that I’d be given updates to the shipping and notified when it arrived to the store. After 2 weeks of no communication I called the store to get a status update. After some scrambling and giving all of my information again, they realized that my information was under someone else. They blamed this on a glitch in their system. I asked why they didn’t call? They said the dresses came in yesterday at 5pm…… So, please don’t order anything for delivery if you want an item as 1. Who knows if they took your information correctly and 2. They take over 2 business days to call you when it arrives."
