The Children's Place

"The incompetency at this Children’s Place is scary! I visited this CP to exchange two pairs of pants for my toddler as this location had her size. I had my receipt from another CP for a previous exchange. Why this CP couldn’t read or understand the receipt? I literally had to point to the items on the receipt. The sad part is that the associate AND manager both had no clue. Shopping at the location is a major no no! Never again!"

"Bought a pair of pants took them back with a receipt on hand. I just wanted a bigger size not the money. The tag was not attached to the jeans because I had accidentally ripped it off. Manager and older lady at the register were rude , rolling her eyes, refused to let me exchange it because the tag was not attached to the jeans. Looking at the reviews , it looks like this location has had so many complaints on management. Shop at your own risk. Horrible way to treat customers."

"By far the WORST children’s place in San Antonio. Esme was the most unhelpful and rude person. She claimed she is the “manager” that’s hard to believe with how unwelcoming and unpleasant she is with absolutely no customer service skills and the ugliest demeanor. How do you work in retail and you have no customer service skills especially at a children’s store? That is so sad. Better off shopping at Alamo Ranch Children’s place. It’s a much bigger store plus the employees are polite and a lot more selection than sad little old Ingram children’s place. Hire better management that actually has customer service skills and takes pride in their job not some trash !!!"

"Nobody even opened the store. All lights off, locked doors, no signs saying why. Called other locations and they said Ingram location should have been opened already and they didn't get any notice about them closing! Edit: They finally opened 15 minutes late!"
