"KEEP DRIVING, Don’t stop Here!! Hi, I ordered through the app and picked up through the drive-through. Bad attitudes, horrible customer service. I asked for the double burger with mustard and NO MAYO…they put Mayo. I asked for another burger without Mayo, they got mad, wiped the mayo off with a napkin and gave it back. I told them that is unacceptable and that I cannot have a trace of MAYO ( you could still see the white residue) on my burger please make a new one without mayo. They were extremely upset and wanted to argue, I wasn’t going to argue with them. Finally they gave me what I originally ordered. Also the cup of water they gave me had brown stuff floating at the bottom. At this point I was scared to eat the Burger because of their NASTY attitudes, it’s no telling what they did to it. Worse service ever from a Wendy’s and I really like Wendy’s"

"I have been to this location twice and both times the food tastes old and looks thrown together. Once was for lunch, and the other dinner and its just bad. The staff is rude, non welcoming, and barely even picks up their heads to speak with you while ordering. I also had to wait to order due to one watching YouTube or something on his phone and the other one making the food was talking on her phone. The place was also really dirty. Defintely don’t recomend and I won’t return."

"I come to this Wendy's when we want a quick burger. The employees there never look friendly nor welcoming. Not even a "WELCOME TO WENDY'S, SOMEONE WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU." It took a minute before someone took my order this time. The lids and straws were not stocked, and the dining area floor was slippery. When I got home, the nuggets were not cooked properly and fries tasted old. The corporate office needs to assign new management."

"I came to buy a kidsmeal for a kid and it didn't had a toy so I asked and guy said there was no "toys promotion" at the moment while in the front door it is advertising "Welcome to the DC Universe" promotion. This is my second time dealing with this. Kid loves to collect this kind of toys just for the workers to keep them to themselves."

"This Wendy's has NEVER gotten it together. I came in and ordered a breakfast sandwich and French Toast sticks. Be prepared to wait for 15 MINUTES to get what they forgot to give you. I wasn't given Syrup (which you never have to ask for with French Toast) or Jelly, so I went up to the counter to ask for them and proceeded to wait 15 minutes before any of them acknowledged me. In that time, 3 customers came in and also waited at the register without anyone taking their order. The first person left after waiting so long, and the other 2 (a couple) were finally spoken to shortly after she left (but they ultimately ended up leaving too). OMG JUST NOW WHILE I’M WRITING THIS a woman YELLED at them to give her her fries that they left out of her order, because she was standing at the counter being ignored forever just like I was, even after she had said “Can I get some help please?” !!! ANOTHER THING, 3 months ago they didn't give me my debit card back (it was a teenage Hispanic dude with curly hair and glasses, and a black guy with glasses who acted like he didn't wanna be there) so I went back the next day when I realized it was gone and they had it in a drawer for me. Thought everything was fine, but then the next week I got a notification from my bank that someone tried to use my card for an over $1,000 online Walmart purchase (it was declined) so I had to replace my card. This location can kindly ROT to the ground, such a SORRY excuse of a place! I've seen way too much bad service here and I'm done patronizing them."
