Little Caesars Pizza,

"Would not recommend going to the location in katy off katy fort bend! Did a mobile order and they had given it to someone else! Then said 15 minutes to remake the pizza and it came out hard, undercooked and instead of making pretzel crust they made a regular one and threw some pretzel salt on it! The people on shift tonight seemed to not care at all!"

"NEVER NEVER NEVER will I order pizza from the Fort Bend store. I pulled up to the drive thru and waited five minutes. Employee opens window, finally, after walking by me twice. She then told me that I have to come in and enter a code in their pizza portal. After a lengthy discussion of why her manager would not allow her to get it, etc etc. at the drive-thru window, I came in and got my pizza using a code. THE PIZZA WAS TERRIBLE. It was dry, burned and nasty. Again, I will NEVER order pizza from this place ever again."

"If I could give this place zero stars, I would, horrible services!!! I placed an order online. It says my order will be ready at 1:30. I got the pizza got home. The whole side of the pizza was smeared and the pizza wasn’t even cut properly as you can see from the pictures. I took it back to the store for the store manager Daniel to tell me that I dropped the pizza when I tell you I was livid because we did not drop the pizza instead of him saying hey don’t worry we will fix you another pizza he says I dropped it and would you like a refund instead of fixing the problem as a manager? Then he proceeds to go to the back to get another pizza after he just finished touching the register to cut the pizza with no gloves and then when I asked him why he don’t have on gloves he said he doesn’t need on gloves to cut the pizza so now at this point no thank you yes now I would like a refund l!! thank you. how dare you blame the customer because one of your staff members didn’t cut the pizza correctly!"

"READ REVIEWS BEFORE COMING HERE Went to grab something cheap I wasn’t expecting quality of food to be great. But I never seen a pizza look this terrible. Why does the back of my pizza looks glossy? Like plastic or rubber. I know little ceasers quality isn’t the best but come on man. How do you mess a pizza dough this bad. I didn’t order the thin crust , i ordered a regular stuffed crust pizza. THIS IS AN EMBARRASSMENT and DISGRACE to what little ceasers Stands for. Go there don’t go there."

"It’s always a hit or miss with Little Caesars. You never get enough sauce, the pizza, taste like cardboard and sometimes it taste so old like it’s been frozen and not handmade. I’ve literally cut my mouth just by eating the cheese bread. But I’m not complaining because that is what’s expected From a $5 pizza. It’s a reasonable price with an OK taste but nothing exceptional and just pretty much mediocre. I mainly eat it for whenever I am craving Little Caesars and for the nostalgia. There are plenty of other pizza places out there to eat from that are better than Little Caesars."
