"Who does not love the Disney store? The store is a bit small but very nice. Clearance is not (to me) really clearance. Store was clean and organized. Staff was somewhat helpful. Maybe could also have baskets to carry our items as we shop. Other then that it was great."

"Family has there mask on and the lady at the door to my husband and son that were mask was not right so they couldn't come even she even told them they look Suspicious. So my two girls and I went in and another lady followed us around like we were stealing. My family and I felt we wasn't wanted. But the rest of the mall was awesome they were so friendly."

"A mask, is a mask. I walked in to this Disney store with a Mission mask sold by Walmart. Some how the young lady at the front door stated my mask wasn’t a mask and I needed a surgical mask to enter the store. So I accepted the one she offered me as my daughter wanted to look in the store. However I didn’t spend a dime in this store. Keep in mind I was with a 16 year old that loves Star Wars and a 9 year old that loves princesses. You lost about $200 in store purchases because your workers want to argue the validity of a mask. Not that it will matter much because Disney stock is through the roof. However, I know Disney is cutting staff, so hope I just helped that door lady to get canned. I know Disney will post some standard customer service rebuttal so why not contact me and let’s have a discussion."

"I have been to this store a number of times. The employees have always been attentive, but not to the point where I felt uncomfortable. The store has always been clean, even the clearance section isn't a complete mess. I really enjoy going here."

"Super cute store for children. I literally was excited to come inside and I am an adult. I love the stuffed animals, but wish there was more variety of them. Overall very clean, very friendly, super great place to bring your child or youngsters for a special gift, costume, or for yourself to remember the good old days."
