"Lost our online order that was supposed to be shipped to store. Tried contacting customer support that gave us no help. Other than to call the store. Reached out to the store and after hours calling with no one answering. We had to reach out again to customer support for someone to finally help. Was told to go to the store to get a refund. When we went to store they told us it looks. Like the shirts where lost and they couldn’t do the refund since the only person who does refunds wouldn’t be in until after 1and that they would reach out to refund us.still waiting for the person to reach out to us. Very poor customer service. I would get a better service from a rock."

"I booked my hair appointment with Aurora. Not only did she do more than an amazing job she went above and beyond to ensure that I loved my style and color. She was super open and honest about everything we where doing to my hair which made me feel 10 times more better about her doing my hair. Not to mention her customer service skills are absolutely outstanding! If you ever come here to get your hair done I would highly advise you book with Aurora! Even if there is a wait it would absolutely be worth waiting to get in and see her!"

"Great experience! I was going to buy some new sneakers for myself and a wonderful, cheerful man came and had helped me pick out a pair. The employee who helped me was named Marcus and we had a good laugh or two talking about different shoes. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the shoes I was thinking of purchasing. From what I can tell he has definitely been working here a while and 100% is committed to his job. I know for sure I will shop at JCPenny again, and hope I see him again! (P.s. He definitely needs a raise too)"

Isaac helped me out and he was super amazing, he was patient, knowledgeable, funny, and overall an excellent sales consultant! I definitely recommend coming here.
