"Just visited the store. Temps outside are 15 degrees and it’s cold in the store. I check out, all of the employees have gloves on, hats and rubbing their arms. I asked why it was so cold and the response was leadership wouldn’t turn the heat up. Treat your employees better."

"Customer care dept, sucks here. No proper directions, after waiting for more than 15 min, was sent to grocery pickup. Which already cancelled my order even though email says I can pick up till that date, some of the employees work super hard and trying to make things right where others might still can use some help in customer handling."

"This store is so poorly managed. It is rarely organized and clean. I would not trust any products in the makeup isle as the majority of them are opened. I was looking for a lipstick the other day, and I wish I were exaggerating when I say every single one I picked up was opened. I easily picked up 7 or 8 tubes. The staff members are not checking the items and cleaning up. Yesterday, I tried going to the restroom, and every stall that was open had no toilet paper. I went into the family restroom, and it was so disgusting. There was toilet paper and paper towels all over the floor. There was a used peri bottle on the counter (a squeeze bottle post partum women used to clean themselves after using the restroom). There were used gloves wadded up on the floor. There were no paper towels or sear covers. The toilet paper dispenser was empty, and the roll of toilet paper was sitting on the rail. Either management needs to be more involved, or they need to hire new management."

"Absolutely disgusting. I bought these buns 2 days ago. The expiration date isn’t until next month. But they are entirely molded. Tried calling the store and can’t get through to anyone"
