"The boost store in Del Rio by sonic is horrible! The girl told me I could get the $60 plan for the first month and then change it to the $25 or $30 plan after the first month. She lied! And she said I could move to another company if I wanted!!!! Lies again bcuz I have to stay with them 12 months and they won’t unlock my phone until after 12 months then I am free to go elsewhere! Then when I went in to ask her to lower my plan and other questions she stood behind her computer trying not to acknowledge me! I know she hid bcuz she knew she lied. So rude and such horrible customer service! Especially when you have to lie to-customers to get business! I spoke to my friend and she did the same thing to her! This is unprofessional and disgusting that boost has people lying to customers!"
