"Very unprofessional and rude associates, this was my go to store and definitely will never return. I went in to EXCHANGE a product as I entered the store I waited for the cashier to see me and I asked If I could Exchange a product , I didn’t want my money back. Yes I didn’t have my receipt so I asked if I could just EXCHANGE the size of PAPER BLINDS! The young guy cashier told me I needed my receipt because I probably stole it! I can’t believe he accused me of stealing a $5.00 paper blind. I really hope management or District manager reads this comment. Will definitely not go back again. The other cashier just laughed."
