"I don't like giving bad reviews but I had to for my first visit to this location. The employees looked like I was a bother to them as soon as I walked in and asked for help. One of the female employees who was older seemed to be upset about some information and questions I had so this will be the first and last time I do business here. Mind you they did not seem busy at all when I went in and I got no help at all in the end. If you are going to work in customer service at least be somewhat social and friendly. Not look like you are annoyed and don't want to be there. Lots of people would love to have a job, especially with everything that's going on right now. Very disappointed!!"
"When i got there I was greeted and asked what I was looking for, i told the gentlemen what shoe i wanted and in what size, as i waited for him, i noticed that instead of looking for my shoes he was at the register! So i looked at him hoping i would get an answer, but nothing. It be nice for them to let you know, theyve got something else to do, before taking care of you, im pretty sure he got busy or something but an attention wouldve been great. i ended up walking out and going out to another store, they lost on a 100 dollar sale, i know to a huge sore like footlocker it may not be a lot, but poor service is never good, makes me not want to go there again."
