"I made a pick-up order for 4 jean shorts this Sunday morning. Way before the store opens. The location near my house didnt have them so I HAD to make the trip to the mall to pick them up. I figured it was worth it due to the convenience of time. Well that's exactly what this store made me waste, time. I recieved a purchase confirmation and a "it's ready" email. Prior to driving to the mall with my kids, I called the store to make sure my order was ready. "Yes mam, it's ready" is what it was told. I get down, the mall and the store are a chaos. They made me wait in a long line for 40 minutes for an order that was already purchased. I wait just to be told they only had 1 pair of my 4 shorts. This first time, online experience that is supposed to be convenient for customers was nothing but a waste of my time! The mall is by far the last place I want to go when I am back-to-school shopping. Especially with a baby and my 7 year old. I am super disappointed and will never use the online pick-up service. They could've told me when I did my courtesy call that didnt have my order complete, lack of pure professionalism and horrible customer service."
"Employees to darn lazy to restock their shelves wirh jeans, very disappointed with service and informed me they wont restock until tomorrow. Ain't that the s**t! Called the Outlet fully stocked and informed me they can pull from the back."
