"Probably worst GameStop I’ve ever been to. Only one guy working, I’m ready to check out and he continues to talk nonsense with a customer even though he see’s me waiting for a good 7 minutes. Once I check out he tells me he can’t price match he’s own online store and continues to say they don’t do pick up orders at that store even though it gives me the option online."

"Dominic Davis and Zackery Byrd gave an OUTSTANDING service with EXCELLENT product knowledge... I first arrived and was greeted at the door by both men, both these guys have hands on experience with almost all products in store and will give you honest reviews for an excellent customer experience and they have very detailed information about each product so you find EXACTLY what you are looking for...I was looking to get a refund on a headset that i purchased months ago online but never received it in store due to the order being cancelled by an employee that no longer works there...Zackery was on the phone for 2 HOURS with customer service trying to get the matter resolved and the entire time was apologizing to me for the long wait...the problem was resolved, the money was refunded to a gift card, so i purchased a new headset in store...the people that work at this store now are not the same people worked here previously and i am happy for that, now i will be coming from Carlsbad just to shop at this gamestop"

"There is a sign on the door that says "new hours" and they now close at 7.... all my last console, control and game purchases have been at Walmart or online because this place isn't ever open. And they can't say it's due to staffing because my son applied and never even got an interview. They are dooming themselves. I would rather go to game stop than online OR walmart but some of us work for a living and can't get there before 7pm. Oh well chalk them up as another radio shack, shot themselves in the foot."
