"Bought a new Mercedes, week later tire pops with road hazard. No road hazard warranty coverage. Cost:$487. Benz did not help at all, called Discount and the salesperson ordered our tire. He then said he would call next business day to try and help us. Went out of his way, and got us 50% our tire given our vehicle only had 600 miles even with absolutely no coverage. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!"
"Bad customer service. I place an order, it arrived and they never notified me! I had to call and check! I stop for my appointment and they did not find my tire! Finally they let me go, just to find out the did not gave me back the tire lock! The manager never talked to me to apologize for the inconvenience. Honestly, never again!!!!!!
