"Was super excited to come into the Howler Brothers store. I follow them on social media and have always liked their products. Walked into the store this past Saturday and I will never go back. Walked in with my boyfriend and 2 friends, the sales associates just looked at us the whole time. Didn't greet us or ask us if we needed help. Just stood behind the counter staring at us. I have never felt to unwelcome in a store before. It was super weird and uncomfortable. Hopefully the north location is better, will give that store a try before deciding not to support again. All in all customer service was a 0. Cool clothes but every store on soco has cool clothes so..."

"All the way up in Wisconsin, one of their Merlin Jackets made it into our small town. HANDS DOWN THE BEST COAT I'VE EVER OWNED. I just bought another one and some long sleeve thick shirts. I am 1,000 backing this company for the rest of my life. Keep at it Howler Bros!!!! The most satisfied and loyal customer was just converted. I dealt with their customer service team during the holidays and got a response from a friendly team member. Honestly, I made the mistake of attaching the wrong shipping address and they quickly fixed this issue while still having a friendly conversation.
