"I was there today with my frie nds, and looking for the new collection of the polo which i most wear them. Service is very poor. all the staffs which never smile whenever i went there. and when i have ask for something they never be helpful like the one in San marco, they are not friendly here, the thing they will talk with you is. you pick up clotes then give to them and they will smile. you have to understand how many people can effort to buy Polo some of their staffs use to work there, they are so friendly but it is so bad that i never see them anymore. I would like the management team of Polo , to re consider, pls pick up happy person to work at your store, your job and your duty is a part of service. and services is not that good either. I am very disspointed, I went there many time because it close to my house, and whenever i go there. i never feel satisfiled with the services, but i need to buy clothes for winter. so i have no choice ! they are not friendly here indeed when compare with the outlet mall at San marcro, the staffs over there more professional and more smiling face !"

"Crowded the reg. Tees ain’t 19.00$ no more now 25.00 but they always have a off sale plus if u sign email with polo you can get extra 10percent off I bought four shirts one reg and three polo design shirts for 105$ This worker came up to see if I needed help and grab my shirts from my hand I felt like I was being watched the whole time not a good feeling my money is green like every one else"

"I guess the staff can’t be bothered helping you. My husband and I came in to get items for our European trip. Just one lady greeted us when we walked in, but no offer of help at all. As we were looking around, my husband became frustrated so we left. You could of made a handsome sale, but no thanks, we won’t be back."

"Came to the Outlets just to shop at this store today, AND HAD AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! The customer service was superb, honestly, I've never experienced anything like this shopping for clothes, the crew was very attentive and even offered recommendations on what looked good on me. Found some Polo shirts I liked and headed to checkout, if you wear polo, you know the prices. The cashier was very polite and offered multiple discounts on top of the sale price they today!! I got some nice shirts, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, and saved more money than I thought I would. Shout out to the floor crew, I will definitely be returning to this store, and hopefully the same crew."
