"I came in last Wednesday to quickly get a suit. I explained that I needed to be at a wedding on the 10th. I got fitted and the guy said I need alterations and also that the correct size coat needed to be ordered and would be there within 5-7 days. Everything was fine. I even called afterwards to confirm about the alterations and he said the alterations usually take 1-3 days but if need be they could do it the same day. I came in today and the same guy was saying they aren't doing any alterations this week. I explained to him that isn't what we discussed last week he said, "what I told you last week doesn't apply to this week". He also told me they are backed up because of prom. I then asked why I am not at the head of the list if that is the case? and he said they don't have a list. I don't know how you can be backed up but not have a list of any sort. It just didn't make sense. I ended up speaking with a manager and all of the sudden I was accommodated by other associates. The alterations didn't take long but I was charged for them when previously I was told they would be free but it was only $17. These guys operate like used car salesmen.. they just want to make the sale and get you out the door and will tell you anything to do it. If you are strung on money go somewhere else."

"If you want an amazing suit with amazing service this is your place! I have been to many Men’s Warehouse stores but none of them compare to this one. Craig is the reason for me to always come back to this store. He was extremely helpful, kind, and the best of all he knows style! I had a pop up even happen and needed a suit ASAP, he was able to find me a very nice suit that did not break my bank and He made sure the suit fit me perfectly and even got the paints measured and hemmed the same night! It’s an all in one stop shop! Thank you Craig we will see you soon sir!"

"I came in for gala attire, and CRAIG (the store lead) immediately greeted me, and already knew my size just by looking at me (impressive). He then gave me a couple of options that ALL worked out perfectly. He brung my vision to life. Craig was wonderful and is great at his job. I’ve never shopped at men’s warehouse before, but after my experience with him, I’ll definitely be back! We need more men like him."

"Recently bought two suits for a wedding here. We worked with Sandra, who helped with our fitting and with ordering items in different sizes. She was fantastic! She was very patient and took her time with us to make sure everything was perfect. The tailor also came out and was a very nice guy who was attentive to details. He did a great job. Overall it was a great experience and everything looks and fits great. I couldn't be happier with the experience."

"Went into the store and was met by one of their associates who later stated he was the manager. I asked him about their inventory and was met by a very dismissive answer. I asked him if they had a particular color and he stated no that I would just have to look at the color list. My fiancé was going through the colors and found the exact color I asked about. The sales associate then asked were we just looking or actually going to be booking today. As if that would have made him actually assist us in a better manor. We ended up just leaving. I called back to get the manager number, this is when he stated he was the manager and did not have any other number or person I could speak with. He wouldn’t give me his name. The only reason I know his name is because he answered the phone and stated his name. Horrible experience and will not be buying from a company that hire people like this."
