"Others are correct when they say there isn't much customer service. I am guessing that it is because it is such a tourist location that they have a constant stream of people just walking in to play with big hats. But in this case, I was actually looking for a hat, and could have used some assistance. I spent some time looking, waiting for the guys at the counter to even acknowledge my existence, but that didn't happen. I ended up not finding exactly what I wanted, so I headed out. All the negative aside, they do have some nice hats, and the prices seemed OK. I have no idea what the end price would be, but most of the sticker prices where under 200$, and some under 100."

"The girl who helped me was great & patient with me picking out my custom hat. However, I wanted to add a date and they could not find the “2” stamp. I offered to come back later to see if they could find it. But they decided to manually draw it on. The 2 does not look even and they got a stain on the hat from the process. Overall, just disappointed with how sloppy it looks. Not sure if anything could be done, so I just paid for it and left."
