"Today March 3, 2024. We came in today trying to find some shoes for my son. We got greeted when we got inside. Halfway through our process we never got a warming about “hey we close in so-so min”. We were literally on the process of buying shoes and the worker told us they closed the register so we couldn’t even purchase the shoes even if we wanted too. We were told we had to leave (I’m not mad at the girl since she wasn’t rude about it). The thing that upset us is while we were shopping they were already shutting down the registers and not once let us know. I get it you want to Close out and whatnot but that’s also very unprofessional thing to do. We Let the store with a crying kid because he really wanted new shoes. Next time if you wanna leave early then just tell people you’re closed and lock the door. Don’t make us walk around thinking we have time to shop and you guys already closed your register. Do better."

"I ordered a pair of boots w/ a coupon code online. Went to pick up the boots in-store and tried them on. They were too small so they got me a size up. Cashier made the exchange easily and I was out the door. Good customer service and easy transaction."

"On January 6, 2024 around 8pm me and my family came to this location to purchase some shoes for our girls for school. We were not greeted by the only male employee (manager). He didnt ask if we needed any help with anything. He kept walking over in the area where we were at and still didnt ask if we needed help. My wife, my 2 little girls, and I walked around with him still following us. My wife got uncomfortable and had told him so and thats when he finally said something to us. He claimed he was doing his job, but watching us is not his job. He told us if he doesn't like it then we can leave and then pulled out the "I am the manager" card. After going back and forth with his we just left and took our business elsewhere."
