"They have cute things in the store and great service that is very helpful. However, be aware that returns are store credit only. I was disappointed when I returned because I did not know that and the sign stating the return policy was hidden behind merchandise on the counter. That is NOT ok. The lady working there kindly explained that they just rearranged the counter and that may be so but she followed up explaining that it's printed on the receipt. That does not help me since at that point the product is purchased and the return policy is in effect. Please don't hide the return policy behind the counter in the future, customers should know that up front very clearly. Also disclosing that verbally after the purchase while handing over the receipt is not helpful either."
